We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 14 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $45 fee on all returned checks.

Shipping Time -- Most orders received before 12:00PM usually ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 12:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday. Please note that in the busy season orders can take 2-3 business days to process before the item(s) ships.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Az Pool Supply or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Items shipped by common carrier (Fedex, UPS, DHL, USPS or etc.) can take up to 14 business days to arrive in the lower 48 states, Az Pool Supply is not responsible for delays in delivery of your item(s) by the delivery company, weather delays or disasters. Locations outside the 48 lower states can take longer than 14 business days to arrive.
If your item(s) is shipped though a freight company it will arrive at your curbside about 4 to 11 business days after leaving the warehouse. The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time. The item(s) will be delivered to the curbside of your address. The freight company will not take it inside. We recommend that you have help available to move it to its final location. Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It is normal for the packaging to show some wear. However, if there is visible content damage please have the driver note the damage on the bill of lading before signing for the shipment. You must email us within 24 hours of the delivery if any damage to the shipment is found, if we are not notified within 24 hours of the damage your claim will be denied.
We employ third party delivery companies and are not responsible for the delivery, late deliveries, damaged shipments, missed deliveries or canceled deliveries. If your item(s) is shipped though a freight company and if no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum redelivery charge of $75.00 per order - So be sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has given you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, we will transport your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home. Az Pool Supply reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order without any prior knowledge and/or contact with the customer. |

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM , or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. |

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. |

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
All Items returned must be in their original packaging and in sell able condition. Items that have been installed will be considered used and NOT in sell able condition. Electronic items such as Electronic Timers, Circuit Boards, Control Panels, Automated Controls, Motors, Lights or any other type of Electronic Devices is non refundable if the item(s)have been opened and/or removed from their original packaging. All items are subject to inspection before credit will be issued. Credit will be given to the original credit card used to purchase the items. Once we have received and processed your return we will issue you a credit which may take up to 25 days.
You as the consumer will be responsible for shipping charges back to the warehouse as well as to your town or city. We will subtract out our shipping cost to you and refund the amount less the shipping cost. This includes all items, even the items marked as free shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Any returns send back without an RMA number will void your refund. You must email your request for RMA number to us from the email address that you used when you placed the original order. All items that are to be returned must have RMA number before they are shipped back to us. Any returns send back without an RMA number will void your refund. All items that are to be returned must be insured for the full value and must have tracking. If the item(s) are lost or damaged in the process of being returned, you as the customer are responsible for the item(s) and any steps in filing a claim with the shipping company. Az Pool Supply is in no way responsible for loss or damaged item(s) being returned. Items being returned that are not defective will occur a 20% restocking fee. |

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price |

Refunds take 2 to 10 business days once the refund has been processed. If your order has shipped you must return the items before the refund will be processed. If you cancel the order before shipping your refund will start once the cancel order email it received. We do not except phone calls or voicemails as cancel authorizations, you must use our contact page to cancel an order. Any attempt to bypass this will result in a delay of your refund. Please check your email and spam email box for an email from us confirming we received your cancellation email. Once the refund starts and we summit it to the credit processor it takes 2 to 10 business day to process, this is the banks time frame not ours we have no control over the time frame. Refunds are only processed on business days. |
