Refunds take 2 to 10 business days once the refund has been processed. If your order has shipped you must return the items before the refund will be processed. If you cancel the order before shipping your refund will start once the cancel order email it received. We do not except phone calls or voicemails as cancel authorizations, you must use our contact page to cancel an order. Any attempt to bypass this will result in a delay of your refund. Please check your email and spam email box for an email from us confirming we received your cancellation email. Once the refund starts and we summit it to the credit processor it takes 2 to 10 business day to process, this is the banks time frame not ours we have no control over the time frame. Refunds are only processed on business days.
