1) Click the "My Account" link on our site.
2) Find the order with the item(s) to be returned and view it.
3) Click the "Add New RMA" link fill out the form. Give as much detailed information as you can.
4) Then simply submit the RMA request by clicking the submit button.
Once we received your RMA request we process it. Please note that your RMA request in just a request and that you need to wait until we email you with the "RMA Approval Email" with instructions where and how to ship the item(s) back if you ship the item(s) before you received the approval email your return will be denied and you will need to pay to have the item(s) shipped back to you.
