Click the "My Account" link on our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Add Request" link to contact us with your request to change your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please note as of 01/01/2021 any order that needs to be cancelled must be done through our contact form on the website. Any emails and/or phones calls that bypass this will not be excepted.
