Click the "My Account" link on our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance. Please note if you notice damage to your delivery you must note this before signing for the shipment and you must email us in no less than 48hrs if you fail to do this the shippers insurance does not have to reimburse you for the cost of the item(s). On Freight line shipments please make sure you count the items and inspect the shipment if you just sign a bill of lading without counting the items and inspect it then you are agreeing that the ship is there and in good condition and you will not be reimbursed. You must open the shipment right away and notify us by email with in 24hrs if you find any hidden damage on any shipment.
